One of my favorite things to do is to figure out ways to simplify my life. And when I had my son, time suddenly became really scarce. In an effort to NOT look like one of those crazy Moms in pajamas all day with psycho hair, I invented my Two-Minute Makeover, which I still use to this day when I need to race out of the house… which is always pretty much. Here’s how to do it:

1. Wash and moisturize your face (I think toner is an expensive and unnecessary step). Blend concealer under your eyes and into spots and red areas. The right color makes all the difference! Have the cosmetic girls help – and do it twice a year (Winter and Summer).
2. Use a big makeup brush and rub bronzer onto your face in big circular motions.
3. Dab some sparkly lipstick on your lips and smear it over your eyelids.

But truth be told, my biggest secret that keeps me looking alive is my Permanent Makeup. I’ve got permanent eyeliner, which frames my eyes and makes me look alert (even when I’m not) and Permanent lip color, which keeps a natural-looking blush color in my lips at all times (a great base for my sparkles).
