When bubbly, bright and skinny Peg E came to see me for brows and lipliner, I couldn’t wait to ask her how she stays in such great shape. She told me that as a former ballet dancer, she had to adopt lifestyle changes to stay “dancer thin,” and she still follows these self-imposed rules:
Do not eat anything after 7PM (only water);
Put a skinny photo on the fridge for inspiration;
Cut all portions in half, and then only eat half of that;
Pull most of the bread off of sandwiches;
Read the calorie count on things (especially drinks);
